Threads like this one worry me. Asner & Ferrell say they are against Obama’s Tomahawk Diplomacy. They even mention war crime. They speak of other Hollywood Libs in a disparaging tone, including THEIR (ie other HollyLibs) fear of speaking against the Racist-in-Chief. Yet nearly every Freeper is in a coniption fit. What on earth has happened to critical thinking? OF COURSE we know what these guys have done, what they stand for. But IN THIS INSTANCE, aren’t they showing some non-partisan consistency?

The worst part of it is that it really isn’t entirely possible to say that they are just moronic jerkasses who simply read lines and look attractive all day. As Breitbart worker Ben Shapiro made diligent note of in Primetime Propaganda, they actually do have immense social and even political influence over the direction of America. Huge segments of the younger population base their entire political worldview on talking points these people parrot as Gospel truth. As grotesquely unpleasant as it is to have to witness this, it is a necessity to see just how politically influential big entertainment actually is. And the only thing that is gonna effectively counter this is for the conservative-conservatarian-Tea Tea Party to find ways of its own to get into the pinnacles of the entertainment industry and get this kind of influence for themselves.

Duck Dynasty is an example of traditional conservatives finally starting to realize this. The frustrating part is that they should have been doing this decades ago.

I think people are just totally fed up with the attacks on “Bush’s ‘illegal’ war”, when in fact Bush DID have the UN resolutions and Congress & the U.S. people backing him, a large international coalition, etc.

Asner and Farrell would be much better off sticking to the present, where Obama’s “evidence” is at this point MORE suspect than Bush’s was at the time, and Obama has, so far as I can see, nowhere near the backing at home or abroad that Bush did.

As for the present, I suppose a broken clock is still right twice a day.

New Orleans, where I lived for twenty years.

In 1972 New Orleans elected it's first black mayor (Dutch Morial).

Like the Sodomite Kenyan Obama, Dutch Morial was half-black-white ... but just "black enough" to get elected.

New Orleans started a downward spiral that, quite frankly, required the destruction of Katrina, to literally save the city.

Dutch Morial's black-union-thug political machine ramped-up political corruption by an order of magitude over previous (clearly corrupt) New Orleans political machines.

However, the big difference is that the pre-Morial political regimes at least kept the Emergency Flood Pumping Stations working.

The galactic and total corrupt incompetency of black New Orleans mayor "Chocolate City" Ray Kagin was revealed by Hurricane Katrina.

The Katrina hurricane "forever" cleaned-out the "White Guilt" liberal fantasies of New Orleans citizens.

Think of Katrina as a "political enema" for a terminally ill patient.

Today, New Orleans has a non-black mayor, and is doing reasonably better.



My text should not be considered as racist.

New Orleans would have thrived under persons such as Condi Rice, Allen West, Colin Powell (et al), who view life as a difficult struggle (at best) reguring honor, hard work and a solid moral foundation for success.



Clearly, America is headed for its own destructive (nationwide Hurricane Katrina).
