She ran as a write-in candidate and won. She never renounced being a Republican. Her problem is she’s not a conservative.
She did when she refused to abide by the decision of Republican primary voters and ran against the Republican Party's nominee.
I don't care what party she chooses to caucus with in the Senate, she's not a Republican.
