Hey Gabz. I’m not saying you need to blurt out all the sins in your sock drawer in public. In fact that would be harmful. That’s a matter correctly kept between believers.

However what I am saying is that my, and your, and everybody’s gross salvation status (which is yes or no, and if it is no then it isn’t God’s fault, it’s ours) reflects out into this world. A demon you let in is a demon we also have to deal with. Contrariwise, a demon you mow down is one less demon we have to deal with. I was not being histrionic when I likened it to a hole in a boat. You want a more free country? One where people have greater grace and patience when people do wrong, and yet in which also fewer people do wrong? Well do what you can to let more God in and shut more devil out, which is part and parcel of your relationship to God.

The Lion of Judah is purring in all our ears. Who will pick up the song? I did. Will you?
