Hmm. I wonder if the “rebels” will fire on US soldiers helping in this unwise mission?
That’s a low-ball number, like all initial government estimates for ‘cost’. Never mind there will be people shooting at the troops the whole time. And what gives with the troop count anyway? I thought a shot over the bow or a drone or two, ala Great Leader was what was going to happen.
Part of the reason why they have been trying to rid themselves of all Christian influence in our military.
So Zero has planned on going into Syria before this memo came out.

Remember when Clinton said US troops would be in Bosnia until Christmas...?
And US troops are STILL there.
.... If I am not mistaken, troops were being moved into position early this year and not to mention high level meetings that took place with Jordanian authorities for a possible incursion into Syria. At least that is what boots on the ground over there told me. Maybe they are just mistaken. However ..... This was also confirmed by news reports a few weeks later.
This is ridiculous. Let’s start a right wing “anti war” movement and go recruit all the college kids to “fight the man”. Turnabout is fair play!

We do not have that many available troops with them spread in 27 countries already, we do have desk jocky’s untrained in combat. Cannon fodder. Few are joining because of 0 and McLUNITIC gutting their benefits.
GRASSFIRE ALERT:
The Senate Foreign Relations Committee voted 10-7 this afternoon to approve a resolution authorizing President Obama to use military force against Syria in response to President Bashar Assad's suspected chemical-weapons attack on civilians last month.
But the rushed vote reportedly broke Senate rules for moving legislation through the committee process. According to The Daily Beast, a senior GOP Senate aide called it "a rush to war behind closed doors," adding:
"We were told there was a need to have a thoughtful and public debate about how this nation goes to war, but this seems to be about simply getting a resolution done to cover the President."
Today's actions allow for a vote by the full Senate as soon as Wednesday and enable the Democrat-controlled "upper chamber" to pass a war resolution before the House can write and pass one of its own.
Moments after the vote, Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL), chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on the Middle East, told FOX News that when Representatives return to Capitol Hill next week, Obama's plan will likely by-pass committee and move directly to the chamber floor for a vote.

But our "Radical-in-Chief" has it wrong ... again. According to Article 1, Section 8, Clause 11 of the U.S. Constitution, "Congress shall have the power ... to declare war."
