” playing down the role of the militant group al Qaeda with rebel forces. “
see post 117: “Re: Syria, the Obama adm has at least 3 shell-games going on simultaneously, and you put your hand on one of them.”
FN, you just pointed out one of the other shell games. Both Kerry and McCain don’t ever open their mouths to talk about Syria without pretending/lying that there is a moderate, secular rebel force that has any prayer of forging a secular government to replace Assad. At best if Assad falls, there will be another civil war
The third shell game is that this will be a “limited strike.” Once Congress votes on it, Obama will take carte blanche and beat Congress into submission.
Why I call them shell games is because the Obama adm and the designated rinos have been deliberately conflating these 3 separate issues with purpose to deceive.
I am ashamed of this criminal enterpise of a government we have using our military as their gangster hit men
Malcolm X in Cairo at the al-Azhar Mosque in 1964, Obama at the al-Azhar Mosque in 2009 where he made his first overseas speech.
And an excerpt from the speech you posted on that thread -
...As a student of history, I also know civilization's debt to Islam. It was Islam -- at places like Al-Azhar -- that carried the light of learning through so many centuries, paving the way for Europe's Renaissance and Enlightenment. It was innovation in Muslim communities -- (applause) -- it was innovation in Muslim communities that developed the order of algebra; our magnetic compass and tools of navigation; our mastery of pens and printing; our understanding of how disease spreads and how it can be healed. Islamic culture has given us majestic arches and soaring spires; timeless poetry and cherished music; elegant calligraphy and places of peaceful contemplation. And throughout history, Islam has demonstrated through words and deeds the possibilities of religious tolerance and racial equality. (Applause.)
BARF!
I dont like the US Government as it is today, it is a government of Trayvonlike characters, I hate to think that payback will come someday and wipe out the USA , the innocent and the guilty will suffer.
the second amendment was designed to deal with times like these, but our bellies and tanks are full so we will just flip channels and go to work each day
Like Kristall Nacht when Nazis smashed and vandalized Jewish stores in Germany, in 1938, Turkish mobs destroyed Greek homes, businesses and churches in a mad frenzy for nine hours on September 6, 1955.
Where is the "religion of peace"? Rather an Orwellian description. . . ."
“my” amendment.
Goes well with Zero’s “my” military.
These narcissistic pukes have no shame.
>>They say republicans fight for oil but what do democrats fight for? Politics, to change the news cycle and to help their terrorist buddies.
Excellent point. Bears repeating. Thank you.
Excellent point. Thank you for posting.
Sometimes the lesser-known legislator’s remarks get overlooked. We only hear from the camera hogs and those who fit the media/regime narrative.
Risch (who I’ve never heard of before) sounds intelligent and reasoned.
IMO, mass murder, genocide, torture (which includes the use of chemical weapons) are always bad and worthy of a response, but that response doesn’t have to be a military one. Especially when it’s one of our enemies committing atrocities against another of our enemies. Our resources are not unlimited. Personally, I’m saving ammo to defend and protect friends and family, not one thug beating on another thug.
s. Maybe we could send Jesse Jackson to frown on this behavior. /s
The bidding for his vote must have been interesting.
If the “No” contingent can come up with a few more bucks, he’ll switch it back again.
What is it with all the number symbols in front of words?
thanks for your comments. It is hard for us “strategy/tactics illiterates” to keep up with the shell game in front and the covert ops in the background...Does anyone believe our govt anymore?
What a charade these televised “debates” are!
Morons.
Absolutely amazing pictures Phil. I was not familiar with the Turkish mobs in 1955!
The same mentally ill agendas of Obozo Liar, McAinal, Kerry the Faux Vietnam hero, and congressional rats wanting to bomb Syria could apply to 9/11!
Whats worse than war?
Deliberately going into combat with no intention of winning the war. IF youre going to go to war, you go in with an intent and a plan to destroy the enemy. Otherwise, youre killing a lot of people for no purpose.
