Don’t bet too much on the Turks either. They did indeed have their chance but couldn’t keep the Ottoman empire running. Between inbreeding and lead poisoning in the water system their leader class dunced itself out of effective range. The only real hope for the entire ME is the young crowd who are rapidly westernizing, including marrying fewer sisters. Anyone serious about bringing the ME somewhere near the 20th century should be focused on coaching-up the young folks in things like ethics, representative gov’t, business mgt, industry and so on. And maybe even arming them. A million Liberator 45’s spread around the ME would seriously promote polite society.

Israel will be FORCED to strike an AQ-run Syria, almost immediately, triggering a wide Middle East War. Which might be exactly the plan for Obama and his jew-hating minions.
Israel will go after Damsacus if she’s struck..and said that they would.... Then the other nations will surely react....all in their own time of choosing...Obamas strike is the match on the whole affair.
I just want to know what has changed since these photos and today. I think Kerry should be required to admit the truth if he wants his effing war.
