Actually there’s one other snag too. When officially requested to verify that Stanley Ann Dunham was Obama’s mother, the HI state registrar refused to verify that. But then, he also refused to verify that Obama was born male, that his birthdate was Aug 4, 1961, that he was born on the island of Oahu, or that Barack Hussein Obama was his father - all of which he was required to verify if those claims were made on a legally-valid BC...

We literally have NO IDEA who this guy is or where he came from. As effectively confirmed by the HI state registrar in the “certified statements” that this idiot author referred to in this article.

NBC sounds very good in theory, but in practice there is no clear Constitutional answer one way or the other. That is precisely why NBC will never be heard or settled by the SCOTUS.

The only way NBC will be clarified is if SHTF and only if the hands shaping the renewed Constitution possess firm common sense.
