I suspect the Republican leadership right now are already trying to work out who gets to vote “for” and “against”, to give Obama his cover, but allow certain congressmen to get away with claiming they were against it.
I know what you mean, and for the nation’s sake I hope you are wrong. There is a time and a place for that, but there is no rhyme or reason for this military action, so there’s no justification for sorting out vote manipulation. This is NOT the time or place for it.
