Remember, the shoe thing is especially disrespectful in the Arab Muslim world. He speaks pretty Presidential words in English to us, and shows the soles of his feet to the Arabs.
It reminds me of the days when Arafat would talk peace in English and speak of Israeli genocide to his crowds in Arabic.
Definitely the reason he has allowed so many pics of him pointing the sole of his shoe/shoes at the camera. It’s the muzzie equivalent of flipping off the American people, which he has also been photographed doing.
