If any of these idiots knew any history, they would know that Negro was once the preferred term. At one time colored was ok to use also.
Then, in the late ‘60s, the preferred term became black. Then in the late ‘80s, the term African-American joined black as a preferred term.
So, what are these people thinking, when King used the preferred word in that time???

I can remember that ugly bastard on those shows like it was yesterday. I refuse to use the Jesse Jackson coined term. I say black and white. If someone does not like it, to hell with them. I don’t call myself a European American and will not a black person an American American.
The next term is “Special American”.
