50 years since anyone was put to death from a death penalty case in the military. He should just be put in general population and let the justice system work its magic

I have no idea how long the appeal process will drag on.
The last military execution was 1961.

Please tell me it won't be another four freakin' years... I'll be shocked (and pleasantly surprised) if he's executed within 5 years. My guess is more like 15.
