As I’ve ranted in related threads, if conservatives were to get off of their couches and seize supermajority control of Congress in the 2014 elections, and I don’t know if that is possible in 2014 election cycle, then Congress could do the following concerning Obamacare. Congress would have the constitutional authority, under Clause 2 of Section 7 of Article I, to repeal Obamacare without Obama’s signature.

To elect an "impeachment Congress," the voters would have to essentially vote out all of the current Demonrats and RINOs in the House and Senate.

That would be most of those who need to be impeached, except a number of SCOTUS justices... and, of course, the White House traitor and his Administration thugs.

Agree with your numbers.

Some FReepers have this magical view that the country is majority conservative and the election of Obama was a fluke/fraud/etc.

The reality is that the demographic tides are swamping us. Every year 2.5 million (mostly white, majority R voting) people die and are replaced by (heavily minority, heavily D voting) people. Add in the ever-increasing numbers on entitlements and the numbers look grim to me.

Any time the strategy is to wait another 14 months before we elect someone who then has to wait another two months to get into office, and then has to organize some kind of political front to accomplish something that should be immediate, then we have already lost.

There's no point in talking impeachment if this is the strategy. And since the discussion seems to be limited to political solutions, there's no point in talking about this problem at all.

That would be a giant waste of time. An impeachment would take a good 18 months to wind throw the process, so even if it succeeded (which it won’t, no way 66 senators will vote to convict) he’ll be 6 months from leaving office anyway. And all that attacking of him will make him sympathetic, giving him more public support, and with him Biden, thus moving Biden’s chance of being elected from “none” of “possible”. Impeachment does not play well with the audience, and the audience decides the next election. Impeachment did wonders for Clinton, made him the first president in 100 years to gain seats in his second mid-term.

Why have the Articles of Impeachment for Tyrant Obama not been issued by US House Speaker Boehner, or Pro-Welfare Republicans Cantor or Ryan?

Have House and Senate Pro-Welfare Republicans formed a cave-in pact with Pro-Welfare Democrats to protect Tyrant Obama?

The main thing that Speaker Boehner is afraid of is being blamed for doing his job.

Speaker Boehner’s job now is to shut down the NON-ESSENTIAL parts of the US Federal Government until Obama’care’ is ABOLISHED, and keep it shut down for however long it takes.

Obama will continue to ruin America as long as Boehner is Speaker of the US House of Represenatives.

Four + years of Boehner has proven Boehner to be unfit to combat Tyrant Obama.

It is now up to the Members of the House to replace Boehner so that the new Speaker can shut down the non-essential parts of the US Federal Government ASAP in order to ABOLISH Obama’care.’
