MSNBC continued its rough 2013 in the ratings, continuing to lose significant audience from 2012. The problems were particularly prevalent in primetime, with some shows losing close to -50% of viewer
“Morning Joe” was down -9% in total viewers and -17% in the A25-54 demographic compared to the same month last year, which actually was a better result than many of the programs that came later in the day.
In primetime, “The Rachel Maddow Show” posted all-time low ratings in total and demo viewers, down -43% and -47%, respectively. “The Last Word” posted a low in total viewers, losing -40% of its total viewer audience and -42% of its demo audience. at 8 PM, “All in” was down -48% and -42% in total and demo viewers, respectively, placing behind CNN for the hour.

I can explain the decline..most of their audience has migrated to the new Al Jazeera America..
Morning Joe has turned into a male giggle show. Matthews invites people but won’t listen to them. The biased views on the Zimmerman case did them in. People saw the case themselves and realized that MSNBC wanted them to see something else.
Comments on the Ed Show ratings going up....going up from what to what? I have tried to find the numbers on the ED Show and can’t......anyone have those?? Also... on a lighter note....how’s the REVS ratings????
Imagine how their rating would soar if they offered a truly **conservative** alternative to Fox.
Well put...it's painful to watch. Joe is no longer capable of being serious for more than a couple of minutes. He may think he's endearing, but I find his behavior annoying.

I guess the all day coverage of the celebration of MLK’s March on Washington, 50th annivesary did zilch for the MSNBC viewership ratings. The whole charade on Saturday was a failure both on site and on MSNBC TV!!! American Blacks adrift at sea!!! Dr. King, great man and icon that he was....must be appalled and crying in his grave at the los life that pass for leaders of the American Black communities!!!
Today’s flim/flam show will also fail!!!!

The CEOs of any major company, which wastes its precious ad $’s on any MSNBC left wing propaganda pseudo news, should have to face the SEC to explain why he/she wasted the stock holder’s money on MSNBC.

Fox hasn't been "conservative" for years, not with the likes of Hannity, Greta, and their incessant interviews with "The Architect" aka "Turdblossum."

I get the suspicion that part of the plan now is to also burn through cash so fast that after George Zimmerman sues and is ready to collect, NBC will only be worth a few hats and t shirts.

Your ratings are down 50%. The 50% is a double digit % loss in viewers.
Oh, who am I kidding...MSNBC is unintelligible, period.

Easy, if you have 2 viewers, and you lose one of them, your viewership is down 50%.
( But...Da*n! Beck disappointed me on his non-attention to Obama’s eligibility. He also ignored the 2012 election fraud. I don't fully trust him after that. )
If they fall any farther they may have to cut some of those $multi-million salaries? Not that any of them are into money.
