Unless Soviet-era nukes have had their tritium refreshed, they’re considerably “down” from their original effectiveness. Yeah, only a 20 block radius, instead of a hunnit or maybe a hunnit and fiddy block radius.

Agreed - but they could still make things uncomfortable - much more so than just conventional warheads on medium-range missles.
