Unless Congress learns to spell impeach, Obama won’t need congress for anything!
There hasn’t been a declared (and therefore legal) war waged against a sovereign nation by the USA since 1945. And Congress is largely to blame. It has been happy to let the Executive Branch wage war with little more than a fig leaf called “authorization” (and sometimes not even that); this way, if things go badly, the POTUS gets most of the blame. Cynical and shabby.

When Obozo Liar decides to attack the Syrian regime, he has ensured – for the very first time in history – that the United States will be on the same side as al-Qaeda or any enemy, who has killed thousands of innocent Americans on 9/11.
Quite an alliance! The Islamic thugs/serial killers, who slaughtered thousands of innocent Americans on 9/11, will then be fighting alongside the very nation, whose innocents they so cruelly murdered almost exactly 12 years ago. The same killing thugs, who killed our ambassador and 3 others in Benghazi last September. He refused to send our military to help those Americans and allowed them to be slaughtered in Benghazi. Yet, he will use our military to fight against al Qaeda’s Syria enemies.
What would have happen to FDR if he had ordered our Flying Tigers to attack the army of China instead of Japan’s air force and troops in China? The same evil Japanese military that killed our sailors and others on December 7, 1941. The same evil Japanese military which slaughtered millions of innocent Chinese with their cruel aerial bombings and on the ground military slaughter and rape of innocent Chinese.

I may be alone here, but I am backing this approach. We cannot allow WMDs to be used against the innocent. I don’t care what the left said about W and Iraq. Bush was right, and this is right.

Iran will build the nukes. Give them to Hezbollah or al Qaeda. They will use them in Israel or Manchester or Omaha. Or some similar scenario. The attempt to STOP this will be vilified by the Left every step of the way. They’ll get help from libertarians and other well-meaning voices on our side, righteous isolationists, etc.
There is no real leadership here. Just political calculators and huffy opponents. And the average man or woman might end up alone on the 89th floor of a burning building with the WORST CHOICE ever to be made.
