Our response to the inspection was agreed to and I just have one more thing to fix, that will be done by Friday hopefully.
Still have the headache...it is a strange phenomenon...cluster headache (NOT cluster MIGRAINE) tends to occur close to vernal Equinox...and affect the trigeminal nerve...which is why I feel like I have a hot poker in my right eye, and lightening striking constantly behind my right ear and down my cheek into my jaw......... These are also called “Suicide Headaches” (I chit you not!) because people have been known to kill themselves to make the pain go away....and they compare it to childbirth.......Well, I never had a kid through my eye or my ear, and Im not suicidal, but I highly recommend you invest in Excedrin!! Opiates do NOT help....so no fear of narcotics use here.......just suck it up and drive on :-) Kind of you to ask .. :-)
I heard Kerry got really pissy. I’m sure it will be followed up by a strongly worded letter to the U.N.

Sounds like things went fairly well & you have a reasonable buyer.
They ALL have mental issues...and regarding the K-Bar, he is a former Marine, and I outrank his ass......so the K-bar is now in what I affectionately refer to as “Maggies Toy Box” until he is ready to move out and live independently, or until I quit, whichever comes first.

Im a tough old bird :-) I sincerely thank you for the kind thoughts...but if more people would “suck it up and drive on” instead of sitting and whining about every damned thing...this country would be better off, and the health care system wouldnt be su effed up either!
We just did our inspection and sent off the addendum an hour ago. 17 things
we want fixed including some serious ones like mold a radon. Fingers crossed,
if they say no we’re homeless.
But the pool inspection went swimmingly!
