You know, they did that by minimizing the updating storyboard art for the cartoon itself, turned that into film, recorded someone’s mouth saying the dialog, and merged the recorded lips onto the cartoon background. All in all, it’s a comparatively lower-cost technique!

I think they’re going after Syria/Assad now because they lost the Brotherhood hold on Egypt and now have to go there to establish them once again....BUT...
They’re messing with Putin on this one....Syria’s on His border, and has his Naval Port....He will not sacrifice that by any means.... and who they will be going up against.
If they attack how do you think Putin can retaliate which would back them off? He’ll go against Israel and have the Muslim nations at his side to do so......therefore...this is a very dangerous situation....and I believe one of the worst we could face in this century.
