SPOKANE, Wash. - Kenan Adams-Kinard, 16, the suspect in the robbery and murder of 88-year-old, WWII veteran, Delbert Belton, was arrested just after 3am Monday morning in a basement apartment at 500 W. Montgomery in Spokane without incident.
Good investigative work and follow up on dozens of tips led to the apprehension of the suspect 4 days after the initial incident.
Adams-Kinard was arrested on a 1st degree robbery and 1st degree murder warrant.
Several other people with him have been arrested for rendering criminal assistance.
Last week, on 8/23 Spokane Police arrested the first of the suspects, a 16-year-old male, charged with 1st degree robbery and 1st degree murder.
Chief Straub will hold a news conference later today.
Delbert Belton fought on Okinawa in WW2 and knows what an enemy is ... and what should be done to one ... and WHEN it should be done.
Avenge Delbert Belton.
PS ... soldiers from ALL sides included MANY 16 YEAR OLD KIDS too ... and THEY were fighting for THEIR side with the intention to kill THEIR ENEMY.
I mean, after 30+ years of free school, free medical care, special consideration in lending, special consideration in the law, favored status in employment, favored status in home buying and gratuitously indulged and privileged treatment in all and everything that others routinely compete viciously for... what MORE can be cast into the maw of this greedy, ungrateful and surly mob ?

No hate crime charges?
Hate crime laws were created to criminalize anything that a White says or does, or doesn’t say or doesn’t do, and to set free non-Whites who physically assault Whites.

Sadly, you are correct.
And will continue to be so until we do the same to the lawyers and judges who cause such wimpoid results as we would do to the perp.
The legal system is non-linear and as such is no longer operational. There would appear to be one other choice.
We thought we made progress from the “primitive”, “cruel and unusual” forms of punishment dished out throughout all of human history up until the 1960’s.
Since then it's all been about the criminal's rights, not the victim's or society's. We've gone overboard in a gingerly handling of thugs that can't be “reformed”. Who ever said all thugs can indeed be reformed? Many cannot so why waste the money and detention facilities on them?
In this particular case, they must go to meet their Maker because a society that mildly punishes murderers of this type, does itself, not have long to live.
I agree we need to drop the screaming for hate crime charges. They are completely unconstitutional to begin with.
A murdering thug is a murdering thug no matter what his reasons were.

I still can't believe that an honorable, no, revered WWII vet, who went through so much agony on Okinawa has to meet a fate such as this one. It is just unbelievable! The hero was JUST going to shoot some pool and then the scum did what they did...just shaking my head in shame while reaching for my Colt .45...
They may not contribute to gene pool, but think about the tax money we’ll be pouring into this scum to keep them healthy, clothed, fed, and happy for the rest of their worthless life
