Cokie, as always, is confused. What is downright evil is what Holder’s Dept. of Injustice has done with the Voting Rights Act.
The Voting Rights Act should never have been extended by Bush and the Republican congress. It should have died a well deserved death. Now all it does is give the Alinskyites avenues to ensure Dhimm districts.
