A potential candidate to succeed disgraced San Diego mayor Bob Filner has been caught openly masturbating in restrooms on multiple occasions, according to investigative site VoiceOfOC.org.
When Carl DeMaio, one of the leading Republican candidates to replace alleged serial sexual harasser Filner, was in the City Council, he would allegedly leave the dais during meetings to masturbate in a men’s room, former City Council president Ben Hueso said.
Hueso, now a Democratic state senator, said he witnessed DeMaio in the act twice, but others suspect his inappropriate activity was more frequent. The politician said he walked into the restroom some time in 2009 and saw his colleague standing at a urinal with his pants around his ankles.
“DeMaio was masturbating,” Hueso told the website. “He jumped, caught by surprise. He jumped to the sink ... saying ‘I’m sorry, I’m sorry’ about six times. Then washed his hands, darted out.”(continued)

Wow! I’m stunned how this site is so quick to digest and accept a story by some rat. Has anyone noticed how the rats are willing to lie through their teeth and say anything to win an election? Are we so gullible that we accept such a story by one unconfirmed rat so readily. Yes, DeMaio is gay but he is the only candidate in the last election that had real credible plans put out on the web to reform city operations and he was the major influence in getting the pension reform proposition on the ballot and passed by the electorate.
As for Marty Emerald, she was one of the two Democrat hold-outs on the council who refused to join the “Dump Filner” movement even when 6 women charged him with unwanted sexual aggression and half of Filner’s staff and supporters had bailed. I think she finally got so much heat from her district that she blew off the unions and siad Filner should quit.
The municipal unions in this town and this state have their talons in many of these rats and the rats do their bidding in order to garner their support and their contributions.
DeMaio is one of the rare breed that actually stands up for the taxpayers. He hasn’t declared for the special election yet but he should be the favorite if he does. The unions know this and will do ANYTHING to cast him in a bad light.
I think this is just another Obama-esque peremptory strike designed to cast DeMaio in a bad light, perhaps to influence him not to run again for the mayor’s seat.
I suggest we don’t do the rats work for them.

What the hell are the requirements for that job? Do they have to be sick perverts to get an interview? What a sick society has evolved, not only in San Diego but across the entire nation. Seems those things are more important than a persons character.

I’m skeptical as well. Perhaps the Republican should claim “Hueso attempted to molest me while I was at the urinal”.

Of course, that assumes that the democrat is telling the truth.
It seems rather hard to imagine that a man, wanting to do the nasty, would do so by dropping his pants to his ankles at a urinal. Most guys know not to let any part of our clothing touch any part of a bathroom floor — lots of men are really bad at hitting their urinals, and frankly I wish some bathrooms had shoe cleaning facilities to wipe the crap off after you walk around.
I suppose that a man could be so open about it that they’d do it at a urinal — but according to the democrat, when the guy was “caught”, he was shocked at himself. If a man was going to go nuts getting caught, he’d have used a stall to start with. The story simply does not make a lot of sense the way the democrat tells it.
And no matter what a guy does with his pants, other guys don’t stare at his privates or even talk to each other. It’s bathroom ettequite 101.
In the current political environment, where being a candidate subjects one to an examination that would make a TSA agent blush, the mere desire to serve is not sufficient motivation.
One must have an unquenchable lust for power, a bottomless desire to lord over and control others, a need to be the master, the dominatrix.
Case in point: Dennis Rader, the serial killer known as the BTK (Bind-Torture-Kill) killer took an extended hiatus from his murderous activities. Why? He was deriving enough “pleasure” from his job in building code enforcement.
Yeah, I think I’m going to call bull on this story too. Gay or not, he seems above that and almost by definition a commie dem isn’t above lying.

Well, I don’t buy it.
The left is just mad because the public forced Filthy Filner out and so the only avenue left for them is “character assination”.
I’ve known Carl for a long time, and I find it extremely difficult to believe this story. I’ve worked in the same office with him; had conversations with him .. I never saw any of that type of behavior .. ever.
I’m not surprised the left would try this scheme .. they are really slimy here in SD - and I remember very clearly how they reacted after the 2000 election fiasco .. in fact it was so bad (from the unions), that most of the females in our group would not even attend our counter-protests.
So, these people do not have clean hands when it comes to this type of attack.
Please don’t be a stooge and accept this as truth .. because you don’t know the truth.
And .. as far as I know, Carl does not have any plans to run for Mayor .. he’s on to bigger and better things.
Maybe the citizens of SD will awake a little now and realize that the people who making the choices for Mayor absolutely don’t have a clue what they’re doing.
We have had some great candidates, but the dems and the media in SD have always played the “personal destruction” game and destroyed them all.
