The employees even had a code name for the practiceLove-intmeaning the gathering of intelligence on their partners.
Dianne Feinstein, a senator who chairs the Senate intelligence committee, said the NSA told her committee about a set of isolated cases that have occurred about once a year for the last 10 years. The spying was not within the US, and was carried out when one of the lovers was abroad.

I think we already know the NSA has the goods on the GOP members of Congress and they are scared to death of the information being released. Boehner, Cantor, McConnell, McCain, Graham, and others certainly behave like puppets of the administration and not servants of their constituents.
No doubt the problem is much worse than reported. Audits typically only touch the tip of the iceberg,

I think former spouses/girlfriends of NSA employees should file civil litigation.
As it turns out, these guys are a bunch of pervs. Who’d of thunk it?
