You really have to listen the audio of just how badly and inappropriately Obama dealt with this.

Manning’s ONLY mistake was doing what he did under the Obama administration, which will not tolerate insubordination. Manning and Obama are otherwise on the same page in their beliefs and goals. Manning will be pardoned when Obama leaves office.
