With just 38 days to go before the opening of Obamacare insurance exchanges, public ignorance about those marketplaces remains sky-high, threatening the very goal of offering affordable health care to the uninsured, several studies show.
And according to a troubling conclusion in at least one study earlier this year, awareness about the new health-care law had declined among some groups more than three years after Obamacare was signed.

So, now it's the public's fault Obamacare is failing. Well at least the message about it failing is getting through. It's just not the fault of Dear Leader Obama or his minions.
The public is the latest scapegoat.

Washington State’s exchanges are ready but there is tumult and backtracking because of the four Medicaid plan proposals the Insurance Commissioner failed — now there is talk of a re-do.

It was doomed to fail from the beginning. Healthy young people in their prime years, simply are NOT going to spend thousands of dollars on unneeded health insurance. It was totally STUPID of Obama and Pelosi to think they could persuade these kids to buy junk insurance. The entire health-care system is going to collapse, and then everyone will have universal bad health care.

An exercpt from the letter from Delta Airlines to the Obama administration:
The Reinsurance Fee The ACA requires large employers to pay an annual fee of $63 per covered participant in 2014. For Deltas roughly 160,000 enrolled active and retired employees and their family members, this represents more than $10 million added to the cost of providing health care next year. As we discussed, this fee, which is meant to help stabilize the state exchanges as they get started, provides absolutely zero direct benefit to our participants. It is, essentially, a direct subsidy from us and our employees to those who participate in the exchanges.

Healthy young people in their prime years, simply are NOT going to spend thousands of dollars on unneeded health insurance. More accurately, they might buy inexpensive catastrophic insurance for themselves if given the choice, but they aren't going to subsidize a prepaid health services plan for everyone else.

"Ignorance of Obamacare exchanges threatens plan's success" Is it the ignorance of the exchanges themselves, or the people running them?

“Ignorance of Obamacare exchanges threatens plan’s success” This is 180 degrees wrong. Understanding this pile of s^%t threatens its success. The more people know, the less they like it.

It’s a shame that the young healthy Americans who are supposed to fund ObamaCare are ignorant of the benefits of buying overpriced policies. A few more “Navigators” are needed to explain why it’s a good idea to buy now even though they can’t be turned down if they wait until they are sick.
