In the first tweet, can anybody translate what “woods” means in Ebonics [sp?]
“woods” = white people

It is an old derogatory term for Whites.
In black culture they consider themselves aligned with crows.
Whites were woodpeckers, redheaded and always poking.
The word was inverted to peckerwood, which also had a sly innuendo to penis.
and Wood is the current word.
