MARIETTA, Ga. – An 18-year-old man accused of fatally shooting a baby in a stroller during a robbery attempt in coastal Georgia twice counted down from five and threatened the baby before the deadly shot, his teenage co-defendant testified Thursday.
Dominique Lang took the stand at the murder trial of De'Marquise Elkins, who is accused of shooting 13-month-old Antonio Santiago on March 21. Police say the 15-year-old Lang was an accomplice, and he is also charged with murder and will be tried at a later date.

the doctrine of vicarious liability
20+ years ago the $PLC won a civil law suit against Tom Metzger, his son, and his white supremacist group. The suit was on behalf of a victim of a vicious murder by skinheads of a defenseless black man.
IIRC the skinheads were not members. They had been exposed to what WAR was putting out publicly. Kinda like NBC.
In those relatively rare cases of white-on-black violence, and even when the motive is clearly not racial, the civil rights industry and the victims industry rush to profit from the deaths. They rush to benefit both ideologically and financially -- augmented by lies like Palin did it, Limbaugh did it, the "teabaggers" did it . . .
Who influences these murderers?
Their friends and families? The lucrative civil rights and victims' industries? Sharpton? Jessie Jackson? ABCNNBCBS? The Nytimese? The Latimese? Who?
A civil trial would likely uphold the doctrine of vicarious liability in these cases too. Jackson, Sharpton, the New Black Panther Party, and the civil rights and victims' industries have deep pockets. Hurry while at least a couple of the MSM still have deep pockets.
What’s wrong with so many blacks these days?
So many perform unbelievably violent acts of viciousness, cruelty, and amorality.
Its as if many, many of them are possessed by demons.
When the EBT cards stop working one day soon, I predict that such blacks will be massacred by the thousands by regular citizens protecting themselves, their friends and family from these fiendish zombies.
As the adage goes, “When around blacks, do not relax”.
Liberals have help destroy the family unit in that community.

I don’t know if justice is served if this 15 year old kid is tried for murder because the other kid did something spontaneously violent.
Justice says that he is an “accomplice” for this and is guilty of murder, but there is also a thing called mercy.
If this kid is guilty of hanging around the wrong kid at the wrong time, I hope the judge finds the right balance between the two.
I noticed a campaign on Facebook today trying to convince people that the mother was responsible for the little boy’s murder-she did it for insurance.As you might suspect the ignorance quotient of those posting this lie is rather high because the lie seems to be believed by almost all the black posters.
To some people- to some whole groups of people- truth is unrelated to facts.
Wait, I thought De’Marquise Elkins said the mother shot her baby for the insurance money. These boys need to get their stories straight.
