There is something odd about the charges.
There were two guys that were passengers in the car. Both have been charged with 1st degree murder, one of whom fired the shot. The driver has been charged as an accessory.
It seems to me the driver is more involved than the non-shooting passenger, yet he’s charged with a lesser crime.
Anybody know why?

Because he is giving the state evidence against the other two?
Over charge the non shooter so he rolls over on the other two.
