Memphis is just another Detroit in the making.
I had thought about going there to visit some of their famous BBQ places. Guess I’ll have to stay home and cook in the back yard.
I live in Memphis! Only a couple of the previous posters live within 15 miles of downtown. Yes, we have a few bad areas like any other town, but on a whole this is a great, safe town.
You can still visit and get the barbecue, just drive south fifteen minutes from the airport into Desoto County, Ms.
