" U.S. Senator Dan Coats has canceled a trip to Michiana.

The senator was supposed to speak in Elkhart at a Lerner Theater reception on Wednesday. But The Elkhart Truth reports that business in Washington, D.C. is keeping him away.

Those who registered for the reception should have been contacted Tuesday about a refund.

Better go with “Public Servant”. Call them employees and they’ll want to unionize.

August recess?? Is his record such that he is afraid to face his fellow Hoosiers? I haven’t followed his voting record lately so know not of which I speak. - just curious.
