Notify the local association of realtors, which has power to police and punish its own, then get with an attorney, and not the one who handled your closing.

I don’t think the realtor intentionally didn’t tell us and we signed the contract but didn’t see it. We can still back out if we want but I’m just pissed we didn’t find out until they wanted us to sign the HOA contract. Bottom line no more political yard signs, guess we’ll have to volunteer and put signs elsewhere.
