You misunderstand. JR owes an apology to no one. No one has to be defensive, either. In this machine age, thing happen.

However, when a site is malfunctioning for some period of time, I feel it would be nice if a word or two from management posted where people can actually find it and see it would be in order (for instance, FR2)..... that's all I'm advocating.
