3rd degree misdemeanor for this kind of assault. I don’t get it? I have a friend with felony charges dealing with something far less than this. I’m so sick of these people.

Lebensunwertes Leben...A little clarity from the last time this was posted.
The man pictured has been gainfully employed by the Denver Air Force Reserve Center for some years. One of the women works in the payroll office of Starz Entertainment, LLC. Little is known of the other woman.
However, this indicates that the three are not typically troublemakers. But there is nothing known of the alleged “victim”, as his identity has not been released.
This leads me to suspect a lot of alcohol was involved, especially by the “victim”, and he was not just strolling by, was was being actively nasty, offensive and maybe even grabby of the females.
Ah, urban living, rats in cages. And the govt wants us all to live this way.
