Sean Hannity is one cat that will always land on his feet. He's just too good not to.

I wish that conservatives would become entirely independent. They shouldn’t have left wing overseers which is exactly what many of them do have.

I like Sean and agree with his political views. But he is obnoxious to listen to. He thinks that he is a great debater. He is not. I will not miss him if he does not follow Rush. I switch to Dave Ramsey anyway.

Isn’t something going on at Fox about Hannity? I’ve read Megan Kelly is going to take the Hannity time slot. Right now, it’s O’Reilly, then Hannity, then Greta. If Megan takes Hannity’s time slot, what happens to Hannity, where does he go? Does he take Greta’s slot? I think she has a large following so don’t think Fox would dump her. Maybe she takes the slot just before O’Reilly?

Cumulus is a financial train wreck. They’re dumping a lot of the proven local talent they inherited in favor of less expensive alternatives. It’s doubtful they can afford the fees for both Limbaugh and Hannity as things stand now. But if Cumulus drops either or both, their listenership will go wherever Limbaugh and Hannity go. Cumulus really can’t win either way. They’re like a would be-gambler who finds himself sitting at a $1000 blackjack table with only $10 in their pockets. And to top it off, they can’t count to 21, either.

As long as he takes that idiot Velma with him it’s good riddance to Hannity for me.

can't really listen to Hannity (too much repetition ), but the quickest way to lose a lot of
$$$$ is to hitch a radio station to Weiner (everything's about me.. me.. ME) rants.

Replace Hannity with Savage? That’s a big lose for Cumulus.

Hannity is syndicated by Premiere Radio, which is a branch of Clear Channel. Clear Channel and Cumulus are #1 and #2 in the radio business, respectively, and they’re archrivals.

Cumulus owns Sean’s flagship, WABC, and Clear Channel owns rival WOR. Cumulus has about 40 stations that carry Hannity. The issue is whether they will continue to do so or find alternate programming.

Cumulus has been a disaster for radio stations in general. It was this company that let go a lot of local radio hosts on KNBR, KGO and KSFO in the San Francisco area--many of them with long employment histories and good ratings.

Is it small wonder why Sean Hannity is leaving Cumulus? He will likely join Clear Channel's Premiere Radio Networks, who still has Rush Limbaugh (the #1 talk show in daytime) and Coast to Coast AM (the #1 talk show overnight), both major moneymakers.

Savage could get aced out just for flapping his lips on this. Advice: Know when to shut up.

If Savage does get that time slot, they'll be looking for a replacement within months due to the ratings collapse. Hannity is at least listenable. Savage is not.
