It's the latter, I'm afraid. Too many folks -- on OUR side, nonetheless -- are in denial, saying things haven't gotten that bad yet, and there are still "Constitutional" solutions to our problems. These are the people who will get on the bus willingly, thinking they'll get their day in court later.

“Too many folks — on OUR side, nonetheless — are in denial, saying things haven’t gotten that bad yet, and there are still “Constitutional” solutions to our problems”

The past two days, I have seen this written over and over - it’s “not constitutional”, he can’t do it since it’s “not constitutional”, it takes “x” votes of the senate according to the “constitution”, etc., etc..

People have to stop thinking the constitution matters - it does not now. Obama is using “new rules” to go around congress and the constitution. He can do anything he wants and he is doing it by writing “new rules” for every government department under his direction and all of them affect our lives.

This country, in my opinion, is under despotic rule.

“despotic rule - Despotism is government by a singular authority - either a single person or tightly knit group - which rules with absolute power.”
