NEWARK — A restaurant patron who received the wrong credit card back after paying for Sunday dinner and then went on a shopping spree with it at a local mall now faces multiple felony fraud charges, police said.

She must have signed the other person’s name. Otherwise it’s a combination of honest mistake plus the clerk didn’t ask her for ID.
