The Texas Department of Public Safety reinstated a state trooper on Friday that it fired for conducting a roadside cavity search during a traffic stop for speeding.
DPS Director Steve McCraw said he was rehiring Trooper Jennie Bui after a grand jury chose not to indict her for the incident in Brazoria County that has triggered a lawsuit by the two women involved.

She was relatively inexperienced and therefore didn't know that it was inappropriate to conduct a body cavity search in front of thousands on a six lane highway!
Note: The same NBC source reported here that the trooper was indeed indicted.
Why do I think it was a lesbian getting a cheap thrill?
It would seem that DPS director McGraw needs to be
terminated also. The conduct of that trooper is
inexcusable. Allowing said trooper the opportunity
to repeat that conduct is also inexcusable. BOTH
need to be unemployed.
Gee : It shouldn’t take hem that long to teach her that after fingering one lady she needs to change her gloves before fingering another one.
we live under a tyranny/
The IRS people who go after conservatives were promoted.
A guy who lied to Congress about NSA spying is put in charge of investigating NSA spying.
This is the kind of country we live in now
USSC said we have the right to use whatever force including LETHAL force to stop unlawful acts committed by cops. We need toe exercise that authority.
I hope they sue and get millions!
I’d love to be on that jury.
The trooper can always get a job at the TSA.
Because you are right and you want to believe.
The policeman woman homo dyke is your friend
Your really special friend.
Maybe because it was?
Self-protection of the officer is paramount.
TX has many things to brag about. The weather and the caliber of its law enforcement are not included in that list.
Can the taxpayers afford it?
Cops. Are. Not. Your. Friends.!
Yep! And you can bet the rent that when ordered to begin rounding up people for “relocation” to use the German term for exterminating Jews or to open fire on unarmed citizens, she will not hesitate to do either. But that is the type that want in “law enforcement” now. I am just thankful that she is in Texas and not Florida because as the George Zimmerman case demonstrated, we have more than our share of those in just the Sanford area.
Don’t let them throw you down the hyperloop without a pod!
//sorry, forget that one
Screw the taxpayers. Those dangerous animals belong to the taxpayers. If I go out and buy a pit bull believing it will keep me safe, refuse to keep it on a leash or pinned up and it attacks the lady across the street I'm on the hook for the damages. The taxpayers didn't keep their animal on a leash so now they get to pay up.
