San Diego Sheriff Bill Gore said the suspect in the massive Amber Alert case was shot and killed.

I certainly agree with this. Of course, a statement made about the vulnerability of a 16 year old female would refer to her being under threat and a captive. Threat of terrible things. It would NOT be a relationship of consent. This should clarify what I had previously posted.
However
When the BF kills Mom and the siblings, the GF is often behind the crime. Just as when a divorceé is murdered, it makes sense to check out the ex-husband, this type of crime often is more Juliet than Romeo.
Now all we need to do is sit back and wait for Hannah Anderson to make a book deal, license a movie on Lifetime, and to see her ‘ripped from the headlines’ story show up on ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit”
Her 15 minutes are just getting started.

The second paragraph appears to exonerate Hannah of any complicity. She was held under duress. We are indebted to the law officer for his statement.
