If you are going to stay in the USSA, I highly recommend middle to east Tennessee. Do not, however, go west of the Tennessee River.

If certain groups make their neighborhoods less attractive than others, so be it. It is their right, just as it is our right not to make our neighborhoods undesirable.
The Democrats are using immigration to gerrymander the country. This is what the massive legal and illegal immigration is about, the supporting of refugees and the encouragement of legal, illegal aliens and refugees to get on welfare programs.

1.) You’re white, good credit, working, and want to buy a new house. Uh-oh! Not enough minorities in that neighborhood so you don’t qualify for a mortgage.
2.) You’re a minority with prior felony convictions for armed robbery and assault. You presently live in an “urban area”. You have bad credit, you’re receiving disability and food stamps, and you want to buy an expensive house in a suburban area with a low crime rate and good schools. No problem. Here’s free mortgage payments from owebama’s stash at HUD. You’ll have a nice house and all your homies can visit you and scope out your neighbors who unfairly have a lot of nice things that they won’t share. The bastards! Its just not fair! Uncle Fed will make things right!

Let everybody know and don’t be subtle about it: THE DEMOCRATS ARE DOING THIS! The Democrats want to destroy your home sweet home. They don’t want you to be safe, they don’t want your chiuldren to be safe. They want your kids to be beaten and harassed on the school bus, in school or maybe beaten to death as that 12 year old boy in a Philadelphia school yard during recess!
Why would an honest working person of today want to vote for a Democrat? Haven’t they learned their lesson yet?
Purpose is to force 3-car neighborhoods to take section 8 housing and lower value of houses on purpose. This is intertwined with destruction of Dannie mae for the wrong reason I hats fannie but in this case it is to stop private home ownership.
