The arrest though was creepy, not because it happened, which it had to, but because of the quickness and sudden disappearance of the guy, those kind of arrests aren’t normally handled in such a Gestapo way.
Normally there would have been a lawyer, perhaps delays, some interviews, I can’t imagine someone the media wanted to talk to, someone serving the left’s interests, being taken out as quickly and silently as this guy was.
Yes, and no. I do suspect he was put on ice due to the publicity, but the process is pretty straightforward if he admitted to agents that he made and uploaded the video.
Probation Officer files violation notice with the court and off you go. It’s really up to the Judge based on recommendation from Probation if he is released pending ruling of the court on the violation?
