WHY NOT? What happened to them before? Nada - nothing.
They need an INCENTIVE to stop - like cutting off all their funds and making them report weekly to a Congressional oversight committee to proove they are behaving.

OK, so what are is the GOP doing about it, other than some weak grandstanding? I'm sure the RINO's in the party are perfectly fine with it, they just don't want to come out and say it.
