“IBR and PAYE are for new borrowers - IBR is for the 2008-2012 cohort,” said Clare Law, a Charleston, South Carolina-based Certified Educational Planner. “I recently spoke with a law school graduate. Her loans were $3,200 a month. She consolidated with SallieMae and extended the repayment period and now pays ‘only’ $2,000 a month for 30 years.”
What a fantastic deal! Only $2,000 a month for the next 30 years for a degree in African Lesbian Poetry.
$9 TRILLION bucks was also found missing from Federal Reserve during a Hearing back in 2010. Nothing addressed in that case either.

In other words, she’s paying for a house she’s not living in.

That probably happens, too, but in this person’s case she probably did get a real money-making degree. Just maybe not that much money at first.

No, she is a law school graduate. She will pay $720,000 in student loans but if she gets a government job she will make several times that in a lifetime.
