Manning claims that the Department of Defense has “slapped victims of violence with gag orders” and is preventing them to discuss denial of benefits and other developments in the wake of the attack.

I’m very surprised that in all he discussion about Russia/Putin not turning over Snowden to the USA that nobody, that is nobody, talks about the fact that Russia has charges perhaps a warrant for Soros. They’re not getting any benefits so there’s nothing to loose by talking. Secondly,the shooter is still getting paid but not the soldiers who were wounded (read it somewhere).
