He he he nobody thinks gambling is good for the game LOL. But a comparison between the punishments for gambling and years of PED usage shows that gambling has a much, much greater punishment than years of PEDs.
That is what the problem is IMO.
I would think that whatever the punishment for a manager betting to win would not be as severe as a player cheating with PEDs for years.
