You are not wrong. Some of the more liberal Jewish 'temples' have female rabbis, but as a Jewish friend of mine told me, some of those temples don't even teach belief in God as a requirement to be Jewish. I was dumbfounded when she said this, and my question was if they still consider themselves to be the "Chosen People, just who do they think CHOSE them?"

Lol. Incredible, just incredible. Why even join a congregation? Maybe they have great luncheons every third Tuesday of the month. :o)
