‘Trayvon Got Justice’: Ted Nugent Goes Bonkers On ‘Numb-Nuts’ Critics Who ‘Hate Freedom’
Mediaite ^ | August 5, 2013 | Andrew Kirell

Speaking with nationally syndicated radio show The Weekend on Saturday, rock musician and conservative provocateur Ted Nugent railed against his critics at the New Haven Register who called for a boycott of his upcoming Connecticut concert due to his controversial comments about the late Trayvon Martin.

While applauding the acquittal of George Zimmerman of second-degree murder charges, Nugent has referred to the deceased 17-year-old Martin as a “dope-smoking, racist gangsta wannabe.” The comments have generated outrage over what the Register saw as language on par with the rhetoric employed by the Klu Klux Klan.

On Saturday afternoon, Nugent pushed back on his “haters,” asserting that “people who hate Ted Nugent hate freedom.” He told radio host Joe Pagliarulo that “Trayvon got justice.”

Bashing the “idiots” who dislike his comments on race, Nugent suggested they are all either “on LSD” or attempting to simulate the psychedelic drug’s effects. “The people that hate me hate America,” he declared.

“They obviously hate the First Amendment,” he added before asserting that he will continue to speak out on his beliefs, with the added “bonus” that he will “drive sub-human numb-nuts batty.”

Nugent’s a “provocateur””? I can’t ever recall seeing Sharpton, Jackson, Cher, Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp, Samuel L. Jackson or any other Hollyweird leftist referred to as a “provocateur” when they speak on politically charged issues.

“dope-smoking, racist gangsta wannabe.”

Dope-smoking - check, pics on Trayvon's Facebook page and emails to friends.
Racist - check, comments to his girlfriend on cellphone.
Gangsta wannabe - check, pics on Trayvon's Facebook page and cellphone of him showing a gun, drugs, cash, stolen loot.

Why the outrage over truth?

Trayvon Martin: “dope-smoking, racist gangsta wannabe.”

Gotta love Nugent. He's not the least bit intimidated by the PC thought police.
Sometimes the truth hurts, but Nugent isn't afraid to tell it like it is. The kid was a thug.
Kudos, Ted. We could use more people like him in this country.

I hate to defend a Hollywood moron, but Brad Pitt seems to keep his mouth shut. He is at least quite about his politics. All the others you mentioned are exactly that. Punks.

The obvious implication as to those trying to "legally" lynch George Zimmerman, is that they have no respect for private property. How else can anyone suggest that George Zimmerman initiated the confrontation?

The concept and implementation of a neighborhood watch is to protect the persons & property of the neighborhood. The idea & implementation are completely legal, reasonable & commendable. The idea that anyone--let alone some one suspiciously skulking around--is somehow justified in sucker punching one on a neighborhood watch, and then trying to bash the watchman's head in, is bizarre in the extreme. Yet, if you cannot justify that assault, how can you suggest what followed--Zimmerman's forced kiling of his assailant--was not completely justified?

Scratch below the surface, and what is really being attacked is the right of people to take necessary precautions to prevent losing that part of their lives' effort that went into acquiring their property. You can bet the family farm, that if confronted the journalists endlessly attacking Zimmerman, will to the extent of 99+% be among those pseudo-intellectual dolts, who will with a straight face tell you that "human rights are more important than property rights," as though there is a dichotomy between people & the fruits of their labor!

That is because the term 'racist' is generally understood to mean 'to distinguish or select by a person's race'.

Unless you are black.

Then the term is defined as "you hates n***ahs (black folks)".

I only got to see him once live, when he was with the group “Damn Yankees.” He was awesome then.

This is the bull in the china shop that the MSM ignores. "Creepy ass-cracker" as stated by Trayvon to his girlfriend during the night he got his, referred to homos who stalk black male teenagers for sex, well-known term in the South. His girlfriend testified that she told Trayvon to get out of there because of the threat of a gay attack. Trayvon felt dissed and wanted to whoop-ass the perceived homo. So yes, Trayvon is a homophobe.

I agree with this performer that “The Trayvon” got his “Justice” at the hands of George Zimmerman.

Well... that 'wannabe' part is up for a vote. For all we know he may have been a full fledged member of a gang. He certainly considered himself a 'gangsta'.

I guess it really depends on how you define 'gangsta'.

Add homophobe to the list. He thought Zimmerman might be wanting to rape him, according to his friend, Rachel.
