Has PETA weighed in on this yet?
Arguably the dumbest idea in the world of ‘hold muh beer’ ... coming to an America near you.
Who is the fool who thinks he or she can sponsor something like this in the United States and not have the pants or skirt sued off them when the first person is gored by a bull? This ain’t Spain, with a centuries-old tradition of doing this. Putting aside whether this is wise on its merits alone, we live in a litigation-happy culture. My bet is that this happens until the first person is seriously hurt, then its shut down and goes bankrupt.
Bull Run? Didn’t we Virginians do that already?
The promoters of this event are even stupider than the participants
At the first death they are going to be sued out of existance.
I agree. Once the ASPCA and animal rights activists weigh in, this is never going to happen (not to mention what fool is ever going to underwrite liability insurance for something like this?)
Well this is the worst idea since some Atlanta man tried to start an all white basketball team. :-)
I’m rooting for the Bulls.
I want bullfighting to become a national sport here in America.
Furthermore, I want our politicians to all have to serve as matadors until they either win or get ‘Gored.’
Can’t you just envision Barbara Boxer trying to impress the bull with her officious nature? How about the cow Stabenow getting the cape wrapped around her legs and falling flat on her puss?
Hairy Reed would be funny. He’d probably try to romance the bull not caring that it was a bull.
It would be a whole lot more entertaining than watching these fools during their long halftimes on the floor of the Senate.
OMG! A jackpot for personal injury lawyers.
They’ll get sued out of existence in the U.S. PDQ.
Can you believe what Manzel may have done? If true..what a total screw up..and there goes the Bama-Aggie game...
I’d like to see a running of the bulls in a fenced off course full of politicians. But not just with a handful of bulls. I want lots of bulls. I’d call it “The Stampede of Cleansing.”
Twice!
I think Manziel knew exactly what he was doing....His NFL stock was never going to be higher....why risk getting hurt, or having a subpar season and see his draft ranking go down.
He figured even if he got caught, that means, he can go straight to the NFL....I don’t think he really wanted to return to play for A&M, didn’t he basically say that on Twitter a few months back?
Stand Your Ground
no, on second thought, RUN!!!!!
