What these assholes will do, is encourage youth in Western Nations to cut back on reproduction, while welcoming tripple reproduction in third world countries.

Considering how dedicated Western leftists are to spreading contraception, abortion, and homosexuality throughout the Third World, I wouldn't think so.
Americans of Third World origin are being spared temporarily because the left depends on their votes.
I've noticed this as well. The vast majority of self-styled environmentalists only seem to fret about pollution and overpopulation when westerners are the perpetrators.
A case in point: Al Gore had no problem selling his network to oil fiefdoms in the Middle East. For some reason, Americans and Europeans extracting oil from their territory is evil, but Arabs doing the same is not. Nor are AL Gore's acolyte's particularly concerned about forcing "cap and trade" down the throat of China (nor about the fact that China basically pours raw industrial wastes into its rivers and harbors while western countries do not).
Similarly, have you ever noticed that the people who complain loudest about the evils of overpopulation are also loud supporters of open borders immigration policy and amnesty for illegals? If "overpopulation" and resource shortages are a problem anywhere, it isn't in western countries, it's in the Third World. Yet for some reason these self-styled saviors of mother nature worry about westerners having 1-2 children per couple, while welcoming immigrants who have about 5 times as many per couple at half the age.
So the bottom line is, most of these environmentalists probably don't care as much about their pet cause of saving the whales or the rainforest or whatever else they're crusading for. These causes are just a convenient sticks for leftists to beat their western "capitalist and imperialists" enemies with.
