I saw the YouTube video of the Aunt and Niece being stopped and searched, captured by the squad car dashcam. It was clearly sexual assault and the officer has indeed been indicted. I really hope she is convicted. People...we cannot trust anyone anymore. Abuse of power is rampant. Lawlessness abounds.

These stories just make my blood BOIL!
I hate stuff like this, I hate living in a police state.
I want my country back like it was before prohibition, before the war on some drugs and especially before the war on the unborn.

Abuse is rampant..I won’t argue that.
But contrary to the title..it isn’t happening “all over Texas”. From what I have read the two incidences (which should never should have happened) received monetary compensation.
Not what I would have asked for...believe me. If something like that ever happens to me (quoting Scarlett O’Hara) as God is my witness..I’ll never be hungry again. :)

This is the kind of thing for which the FBI used to set up stings. I do not know a real good answer to this other than, of course, it’s both illegal and immoral.

If something like this were to happen to my wife, God help the ass that did it.

Yup. They’re morons though. The Texas Rangers (not the baseball team) are on it. Some of these thugcops have already been arrested and charged. This will stop soon. And more corrupt thugcops (who really are vastly outnumbered by good cops in Texas) will go to prison.
BTW Pissing of Texas and the Texas Rangers is a bad idea, thugcops. Guess you’re too stupid or roided out to know that. But you’ll learn.

Is this practice coming from Homeland Security directives?
Have vaginal.rectal searches for littering yet yielded a criminal conviction that justified this?
Why do they do it right beside the road in public view?

Yep, two instances in Texas and one in Kansas, that I know of.
It chaps my butt to no end and it enrages me.
The day after I read about the Kansas assault, I wrote my rep and senators.

I hadn’t heard about the Kansas assault. I have never heard about such a practice until the last couple of years.
Maybe Silverleaf asks a good question..what has changed? DHS?

I hate stuff like this, I hate living in a police state. There's at least one Texas Freeper who defends the jack boot behavior of the cops. A long thread about this very subject got yanked last night because it got so heated.

The “happening all over Texas” did sound like an exaggeration. I’m under the impression it’s a rule to post the title as it actually reads in the article we are linking to. Maybe I’m wrong. But yeah, from what I recall they mentioned 3 cases total. That’s hardly all over the state.
