"I Nadal Hasan, am compelled to renounce my oaths of alliances that require me to support or defend a man made constitution. I therefore formally renounce my oath of office as well as any other implicit or explicit oaths I have made. This includes my citizenship," Hasan wrote.
"There is an inherent and irreconcilable conflict. In an American democracy 'we the people' govern according to what 'we the people' think is right or wrong, even if it specifically goes against what All-Mighty God commands," Hasan wrote, asserting U.S. citizenship is not compatible with Sharia law.

GOOD! now we execute him.
He seems a tad late on this.
He hasn’t got a needle yet?
OK Hasan, whatever you wish. Now you are an enemy combatant wearing the uniform of the US...shoot him as a spy, immediately after dipping the bullets in bacon grease.
Finally, an honest Muslim. He’s right. Islam is not compatible with freedom. Thank you, Fort Hoody, for finally saying it.
Good now dishonorably discharge him and stop his pay,NOW
does this mean we can finally cut off his pay?
Does this change his legal status from traitor (who must be tried and convicted before hanging) to enemy saboteur (who may be shot on sight)?
You beat me to it.
The guy has told the truth.
America is not a compatible Government with Sharia law.
Therefore no Islamic can truthfully be a citizen and we should cleanse our country of them.
So? He’s a dead man regardless.
This circus should have been over in 2009.
I don’t understand why a military court martial takes four years to bring to trial.
Under Obama’s gentle “stand with Muslims” rule?
RE: denouncing vs. renouncing.

Thanks, you made me go look them up...
-
...”denounce” is externally directed: one denounces anothers words or deeds.
...”renounce” is internally directed: one renounces ones own viewpoints or actions.
See also “announce” and “pronounce”...

With this latest revelation of past perjury and more extensive coverup into the Pentagon,
some wonder when Hasan's protectors will, themselves, show more honesty.
No, let this jihadi cur go on running his mouth about the glory of Muhammad & death to infidels. The more he rants the harder it is for the administration to call the Fort Hood massacre a case of “workplace violence”.
The longer Hasan rants the more he indicts his own chain of command until it becomes obvious that this muzzie was a walking talking Mein Kampf spelling out his murderous intentions with crystal clarity and people are finally screaming “Where were his superiors and why didn’t they DO something!!?”
No matter how this trial turns out, it will not end well for the Obama regime.
Ignore him.
This is the problem with letting this guy stall on his trial. He’s turning it into a propaganda circus.
A commissioned officer in the United States Army murdering his own troops and other U.S. citizens?
A war time court martial would have shot him 2 days later, one day for the trial.
