It was a “moderate” leader that started the nuclear program, IIRC. They all want nukes in Iran - even the pro-Americans. I don’t blame them. Who wouldn’t? The funny thing is, we’ve been helping them, supposedly unwittingly, for decades (by harming Iraq).
