Update: The two police officers accused of holding up two young men at a gas station were released on Tuesday.
The Wayne County Prosecutor's office will continue to review the warrent request.
Original Story: A Good Samaritan snapped photos of what appeared to be two men impersonating police officers involved in a pistol-whipping and robbery outside a Citgo gas station on Detroit's east side on July 21.

But these cops came from St Clair Shores where homes value into the 7 figure range.
“Sources said the teenage daughter of the St. Clair Shores sergeant was recently robbed of her cell phone and that the two officers were tracking down the people responsible. Flood would not confirm or deny that.”
And start out in the 5 figure range around the 9 mile area.......
Even the cops know that if you want justice, don’t go to the cops in Detroit.

Just a couple of police officers concerned about bankruptcy and the integrity of their retirement pensions. What else could a concerned police officer do?
Exactly. Seeking job security by making sure there is plenty of crime. Where I live, the public works snow plow drivers create their job security by knocking down the “No U Turn” signs by the dozens, maybe hundreds every winter. Then when spring comes, there is work, putting up new ones.
If only they could be foiled: Repeal the law against U-Turns, for example.
